Unable to launch the game. (SOLVED)

Yesterday i was playing fine, than the new patch came and now i just have a black screen after i launch the game, it keeps for some seconds and the application just close. I looked the task manager and the cpu goes to 100% and than close the game. R7 5700x3d + rx 5500xt 8gb + 32gb ddr4 2100mhz + 400gb ssd free space.

Actually it was day before yesterday that i played. I forgot to mention that i tried to reinstall, repair, i updated the drivers. Its not a hardware issue because day before yesterday i was running 1080 +/-60fps.

Goto Microsoft web page and download c++ and reinstall or repair. The game will launch for your right after you install that. I had the same problem last week
