Mouse Scroll Wheel Binding

Please unlock this binding. I know lots of gamers use scroll wheel for all kinds of stuff. I've been using target next/last/cycle with scroll wheel for years in other games. This really is a big deal for me, please fit this into an update, thank you! Also, can we get a feedback submittal option in game?

    I have a MMO mouse that let's me change key binding. If I didnt I would be asking for it as well.
