I like the idea of mix instanced and open world dungeons&raids. And those instanced entrances are in ow also which is a good thing though. Even i like ow dungeons myself, i also know how annoying it can be when everything is everytime cleared. Thats why combining these two types can be really good idea. I dont see it will harm the ow itself, because there can be lots of other events to lure people out there. This sounds perfect solution to me.
Open world dungeons feel like a part of it and not as additional content. It is also more interaction between the players. Like fights who will clear the dungeon first.
