Okay i am out of Words. I think the Tank being named exactly that is mostly for Oversight for the Gamers. It has no deeper meaning. Of Course they could name him "Bulwark" or whatever or so - but Tank is the easiest to understand.

What I missed this weekend, while playing Rogue:
NPC Ability Trainers. Typically, they would conrgegate in pre-fab Guild housing.
In D&D, EQ and WoW - I would be able to learn from a person who has mastered Shadow Stepping - etc.
I'd like to experience the lore of Ren'Kai NPCs crafting and teaching the Blood-based branches of the Fighter Active Skills.
Could be this will be ammeliorated via Augments - once they beocme available to us players.

Guild war system - suggestion
I think a feature to allow permanent wars with 1 "rival" guild would be very good.
There is such a bug in the current version, and two very competitive guilds on the Vyra server have been locked in a permanent war for months.
It has created many moments of emergent gameplay for players on both sides, and I believe that not having such a system in place and further refined for phase 3 would be a great loss. We're all going to miss this content.
I'm sure that a permanent war, with certain anti-griefing measures ironed into it, would be a great addition to the robust PvP content in this game.

Hunting/Taming
Heya guys, been thinking about our current gathering system when Hunting interactables.
My opinion is, we should separate the hunter skill from these interactables that we currently have and create a new tool, same name (Hunting) with a different source or way of hunting. Since hunting for carcasses doesn't look like hunting, at the moment, it looks more like a petting of a pet in "TAMING". Instead create a new skill(Artisan) called Taming which can use the current interactables we currently have,(which will make more sense since it will look like petting/taming a Pet..
So in short:
-Remove the Hunter(Artisan) from these currently interactable animals (except the Grems, they yield no mount, and another interactible that doesn't)
-Create a new source or way to attain Carcasses.
-Create a New tool for the Hunter (or give them the current hunting bow)
-Create a new Artisan skill named Taming, which can interact WITH the current interactables
-Address the tool required for Taming, possibly a Laso... Rope.
The aim of this is. There's too many crafts depending(compeeting) for the same resource.
You have Tanners, Leatherworkers, Cooks, Animal Husbandry guys making mounts for riders and BoBs, Tailors And Metalsmiths looking for that animal fat.
See the dilemma?...

It sucks man. The worst part is, as far as you and Intrepid know, there is no means for you to prove you are a good enough player to come along. You were rejected based on a number that has little to do with your ability to play the game.
Well to be fair, i probably suck too. Haven't had a ton of pvp experience yet due to a variety of factors. Part of the reason i keep bitching is because i could do pvp all day and for a pvx game im def spending the vast majority of my time on the pve thing.

Camera look speed is SLOW

Can we please get a setting to increase camera look speed? If you compare to other mmo's the difference is very high

EDIT: Temporary fixed this by lower win sens and increase dpi. But it would be good to have a setting for this ingame.

Re: guard system sucks
Yeah, and then 10% of your players would find a way to turn it to shit while complaining all the way that it wasn't even worse.
That's just how it is for the PvP MMO genre, not because 'most PvP enjoyers want the game to be shit', but because the 10% that do want that are relentless just like the extreme carebears.
The difference (or what used to be one) is that those relentless people can almost always find someone to sneak the shit into the game in the name of 'competition'. Sound familiar?
Don't go burning money on garbage.

They could make it so the weapon could be stored on the back, it would give it a nicer touch.
