    I remember a new one.

@AutumnWillow for quite a while played the space combat part of Star Wars: The Old Republic and didn't realise shields will regenerate when he stop spamming blasters.

We were quite confused why he said that part was difficult.

In fairness, that probably qualifies as rocket science.

I didn't need no stinking shields to complete the missions. heh heh. Just superior piloting skills.

(the space game was decidedly easier with shields though. Lol)
  • Not so much a blooper but... one day I and me bro where doing a dungeon with a few friends and we can across a leaver but before we could pull it got jumped, we did. By a mass of enimies, once we took care of that, it was a good fight, me bro and I pull the leaver only to find it brings more enimies in, and now everytime we see a leaver we yell, "pull the leaver kronk"
  • When I first started everquest. (Which, incidentally is where this name comes from-it was my dwarf warrior name) I started out in everfrost. Had no idea what i was doing and instead of talking to the npc, I attacked him. He killed me of course. I was then lost and couldn't find my way out to save my life. Luckily, some high level took pity on me, came and escorted me out.

Oh how I remember those days!  Hitting the wrong key to attack or like you said, not knowing!  I so loved that game.  Sure it isn't up to par with games today with graphics and such but it had soul!  It was so alive.
