There's others like Defiance, Marvel Heroes, Hellgate: London (Both releases), D2, D3, PoE, Crimecraft and things I don't class as full mmorpgs, prob a couple on the list.
Also some of the games on the list I didn't play for long, but a lot I put a fair bit of time into and or reached 'end game' at least.
Archeage and Neverwinter also, but less than a couple weeks.
I lived in the time where you had this thing in teh house with a disc. It had holes and you needed to dial the number to speak to another person. Amazing! Its called a phone. Nowadays all seem to have a smartphone. Its so smart that its not even used to phone anymore....
I started my MMO career when Ultima Online came out. I was one of the Skara Brae Rangers on the Europe server. Patrolling the streets between Skara Brae and Brittany(?) Great guild with soem minor roleplay. Since then i have played a lot, almost every MMO at least on some "trial" months or two.
The Myth of Soma comes to mind. On a different style Shattered Galaxy and a lot of fun i had in the 2d/3d isometric original Lineage where the castle sieges were innovative and fun.
One gets some experience and i skipped titles because of obvious reasons. Like Archeage.
So AoC i see has great potential but i also wonder how they "tackle" the hazards that can rise up, lol.
Most fun is in the fun Guilds. I always try out new guilds in games , seek new players.

Think that is pretty much the order, some were played for a number of years. I tend to play 1 mmo at a time and when I finish with one it is usually to move onto another.

@Zeromint Yes! Finally, someone mentioned Wakfu! I was beginning to think that I was the only one who played that one. Again, kinda lost interest in it after a while; after I beat the main story so far, but I'm still fond of it.
Other than those, I played WoW and Everquest 2 and a handful of others that I tried for a day or three, but here's hoping that Ashes will keep me interested for a looo~oong time; I've always felt that my actions were somewhat meaningless in other MMO's, and I play games to get away from that feeling, dangit!
