Name a feature from a previous MMO you'd love to see in ashes.
I enjoyed weapon proficiency. More you use the better you are with them. I'm not gonna advertise other games.

Forum 'confusion' button would be excellent idea.....
Engaging people to talk about the game.
Joking, joking... probably.
Though flying orcs appeared in one of the cinematic trailers so... I guess it counts?
Fast travelling, for example: flight paths, or teleport points we have to activate ourselves.
Skill points, talent trees, stat points.
Skill levels, able to level up skills from 1-10 etc.
Optional auto-flag PvP zones, able to be quested in (like Cyrodiil) but not mandatory for progression.
Repair NPCs 1 per zone at least, otherwise a lot of people won't play the game.
Constant GM presence in the game.. To auto ban bots and gold spammers.
A lot more, but this is turning into an essay :P
Since there are kickstarter weapon and armor skins. I guess that indirectly means that gear appearance changing's gonna be in the game!
EQ2 for sure had Safefall as part of some racials, on pieces of gear, and totems/potions.
Working in progress design from Chronicles of Eliera *sic
From EQ1 back in the first year or 2, there were GM events! Admittedly, when a GM did spawn in as a fightable/killable creature, it did turn into a dogpile type event. I understand that Ashes is trying to be more dynamic on its own and through player action mainly, but a nice unexpected attack by a living person can be much fun!
2) Primary class-specific lore and quests
3) Transmog'ing
4) A wardrobe that lets you save transmog sets and/or skill builds and/or equipment sets
5) Solo-able world events that require exploration to trigger (e.g., stumble across a temple and pull a lever that starts an event that you can finish without getting facerolled by a mob requiring a large group)
6) A functioning economy (shakes finger angrily at GW2) - seems like they've got this one covered already
7) Zone-specific music!!! Some of my fondest gaming memories are hanging out in Ashenvale (WoW), and the unique and beautiful music is really what set the scene
Fishing from Ultima Online
Collections from Everquest 2 (though I would like it for bone quests they remember to add all of them to the world)
And they already have confirmed ocean content which is something im stoked for.
