    This is not where the line is, nor has it ever been.

    You will not be able to find Intrepid saying that add-ons are the line.

    This is because combat trackers are not add-ons.

    The only line that has been drawn is no third party applications that give an unfair advantage.

    The letter of that would include Discord, it would include web browsers if you use it to look for information on thr game such as builds, look at a wiki, or ask a question on these forums or Reddit.

    Right now, it is purely at Intrepuds discretion, yet they are banning people that are specifically not crossing the only line they have drawn.

    Whether YOU like it or not, if Intrepid state third party applications of some particular form are against their ToS, that means second party applications are specifically not against the ToS that Intrepid have had us all agree to.

    Just for reference, there are several thousands of people that have downloaded an ACT mod to run with Ashes. Combat tracking is just as common in Ashes alpha as it is in WoW today.

    So far, no one using ACT has reported that Intrepid is in any way aware that they are running it, because there is literally no way for them to detect it.

    Including the 3rd party app that lets you scan crafting nods to cherry pick node that have rare crafting mats.

    That is not a combat tracker, is doing things a combat tracker can not do, and has no real place in a discussion on combat trackers.
