does Founder package not give access to phase II

I bought the Founder package during original Kickstarter. I thought this gave me access to phase II but am unable to access the launcher. Am I wrong? Do I have to now pay extra and purchase another bundle?? In My Account, there is no record that I purchased anything. I followed directions to contact customer support, but there were only "categories" that didn't address my situation. I couldn't find a way to actually contact them. There was no "Contact Us" button at the bottom of the page as the directions said there would be. Not that I found anyway.
