Bard Flourish + "Merriment" spec can cause PvP flagging in town/Interrupt duels
When running through town and using the movement skill "Flourish" on a Bard, you can become flagged for PvP for some reason. I beleive this is also what's been causing Bards to interrupt pvp duels by mistake. Video is in the link to google drive.ā¦

We need the taxes in some cities to be fixed. I'm the mayor of New Aela on the Tenok server; Winstead has the same problem.I set taxes to 10%, save, and they automatically change to 8%. Server selection loading different server than selected on login
