How Do We Operate?
We are not traditional. We aim to be a Truly United Guild to operate on its own without any sort of actual leadership that cannot dictate our fates. We are our own person after all. We do not practice thinking or making decisions as a group in a way that discourages creativity or individual responsibility. That's a dangerous trap to fall into. Instead, we reason, critical thinking, and progress!
We have created a guild that does not need any single individual to run any part of it because we all put our own part into it. The responsibility of where we head are shared evenly through all of us. Confused? Give us a glance
I love to see "disagreements", I love to see us overcoming the obstacle through reasoning, we think about the problem and different ways to look at it from all angles, and through this, we bond ever stronger with each other.
We all discuss it, we all look at it from all points of view.
How we operate and gets things done is up to each and every single person in this guild. There is this spark, sort of fire that burns deeply, it will not be so easily put out.

What We Do As A Guild:
Everything we do as a guild from taking everyone's opinion on the matter (pre-voting) to the actual (election-days) voting proves why we do it. It is important to all of us, that we give ourselves enough time for everyone to be able to cast a vote and know exactly why they are voting.

What kind of guild are you all?
We are sort of unique, in the sense that we're all sitting in sort of a really big "round table" so to speak. I am no more a founder/leader than the next person. We want everyone to have their say and know that it means just as much as anyone else.
Decisions here are not made alone; or by any one individual. We all have a part to play. Each choice that affects each other is critically thought out. I hope what we stand for is self-evident.
NA or EU region? Size aim?
I am in NA, But well I do not wish to that to limit the player scope. In this game I want the guild to be one if that makes sense. I just came from overseas (Europe) but my best friend plays from over there (EU). With the entirely separate servers IDK how that will play out.
Everything is up for discussion. At the moment we are just about evenly split between the two its so awesome to be able to listen in to people who have different points of view.
I would also include there are four pillars in this game. Each of those has to be addressed to become a balanced set of players.
I feel this is relevant how Ashes of Creation will play out, so I’ll leave you all with this speech with some modifications to create some play along immersion( helps add to the mood I’m in

Oh my goodness! I'm sure this page has been eaten about 5 times by now. . . so I had to rewrite everything over and over again otherwise it would have contained different people's voices, support, and questions.
I did not wish to keep bumping my own page with a new post but each time I would try to use html code~ even too bold something or link something it would just disappear! Oh~ the nightmare it was to get the signature going xD The struggles with the forum page is all too real!

Each player is different and our guild signature should be made of each individual's idea and become manifestation into an image depending on playstyle, focus and interest :) I happily invite you all to do just as I've done.

One thing is for certain: I do not know where the guild will head in the future, I am not deciding on it; Each and every single person is. I find that to be a beautiful thing.
Well the way I look at it, is there is still two years to form. We're still ways away from the first alpha being released. I had the idea brought up on our discord that if we end up getting too big we might as well branch into NA and EU to help keep the integrity of the ideas the guild was founded on true. Personally, I do not have a problem with it, but my opinion is as good as the next persons.
What determines if we've got too big, one might wonder? That depends on each person in this guild to decide as a group. However, it really is too early in the game and I can't speak for all of us. That's something that we seem to come to a common consensus about: "it's still early."

Just as @Diura has said before me :) I might also add in here; you could very well decide. That is our purpose after all; I really hold true to these values and hope to project that through my words.
At the moment it has not been brought up if we should play another MMO together. I'm totally down for it, but that's just me and I can only speak for myself after all.

You may not can answer this, with it being so early in forming, but are the plans to go on a NA server and play at prime hours there, or stick to EU with your friend? I only ask because the days of me staying up till 3 a.m. are gone, damn adult jobs lol!
I understand, currently, we are unsure also we might even get big enough where we might have to split into two. You're right I cannot answer it cause the waves of the future are ever constantly shifting.
But we're currently almost split in half between the two with our full group so you won't be alone if you're EU in here.
