Assuming AoC meets your expectations when it is released, how many hours would you be willing to play per day on average over the first few months?

My days are going to be dictated by my work. as i freelance film make i'm belaboured to what ever work comes our way.

But if the game meets my very neutral expectations i will be putting in 8 - 12 hours and upwards a day.
Perhaps even more but with a side game to chill till i find that sweet spot in the community that keeps bringing me back.

if the game ends up being what i expect it to be, i will be online ingame as often as work and the wife allow which should be about 4 hours a day give or take an hour.

I am a  STAHM or retired or a bit of both. So I can easily play while my daughter is at school, evenings, early mornings... etc. If the game is fun enough I don't really need sleep much. Yah, I expect I will play quite a bit.

Depends on the oxygen level. Most likely around 5-7 hours. Hoping the wife would join in, some kind of rotation.

4-8 for sure, much longer on the weekends.

I work 40+hrs a week, but confirmed bachelor with really no desire to start dating, whose main hobbies are gaming and fishing. Don't fish much in the winter, so given the Dec 2018 Alpha speculation, I'm set to go for 4-6hrs a day if I wanted. More on the weekends.

I'm gonna try to aim it to up to 4 hours per day, but in the end... i just know it will end up on a higher number.

i vote 1>2h simply because i get physically exhausted. so i cant even understand how people can be hardcore inany game. its just me i guess plus imgetting old

My wish is to be over 16hours, if -as everyone said- it becomes this era's Sword Art Online(except getting stuck in the game and dying in the real life part) 

But it'll be max 2-4 on weekends, max 2 hours in week. I wish I had a wealthy distant relative who's about to past her/his loads of cash as inheritance on me to survive throughout my life... But real life demands survival.

I'm a content creator on YouTube, so this answer is going to be a little dependent on how my audience actually ENJOYS this game from a viewing perspective. It can be as high as 8 if they love it, and I can make daily content for it, or as little as 4 if I need to create content for them, and enjoy this on my own.

For days when I'd need to work or work the next day with a job in which I won't really be able to dictate my hours.

Then obviously all day on days off.

I usually play games 3 hours by day, not counting when I'm in game to test, record and produce content. Producing content take lot of time, its game related, but its not actually "playing" the game. Otherwise you can add easily 3/4h in addition of my 3h of playing the game.
 Weekend I may play more.

I sadly have a job so between 2- 4hrs depending how tired I am when I get home from work and days off I'll be on alllllll day

Better to be optimistic than unable to pay for a hobby/life of  gaming in the future.

Willing to play 16+ hours... (no lifer at heart)... What is realistic? Maybe 2-4 hours. Grown up life
