    Yes every country has different laws, no one suggested otherwise. But every country that would have a profitable playerbase has identification. Identify fraud is a crime, federal crime if over state lines, international crime if over country borders. It's a pretty big deterrent.

    No security is perfect. But it seems a lot of people under value the power of deterrents.
