@odishy (question) - Personally, when building a new PC, I would build based off of your budget and when you want to play games. I can't give you a date for when the game comes out, but if you're holding out to build a PC specifically for Ashes of Creation, then I'd wait until we're further in development. However, if you want to participate in the testing phases, then the recommended specs are relevant to each testing phase!
@GrilledCheeseMojito (question) - As @Jahlon mentioned, any player that earns XP within a Node's zone of influence (ZoI) contributes XP to that node and it is not limited to the node's citizens or property owners.

@McMackMuck (question) - Steven essentially leaks whatever he can, whenever he can. It's part of our open, transparent development process. When things are ready to be shown off, Steven usually shows them off right away! Make sure you tune into the streams or VODs so you can see whatever that content may be!

Don’t know why I’m being tagged as having asked more than one question, I didn’t. It was also clear and succinct.
Reasoning: There are several games that have Legendary items that only drop for Level X. If I am Level X+30 this item will be unuseable for me because of the low stat values, even though I might like the unique effect that this item would give me.
