So say we have a Node, let's call it Node Z. Node Z is Stage 2 and the progress bar / meter is nudging upward to Stage 3, will we see the foundations of buildings appear along with NPCs who are animated to be 'constructing' these buildings until Node Z actually hits Stage 3 , at which point the basic NPC houses and buildings for a village are completed graphically and become operational functionally? (excluding player Freeholds ofc)
And, how will you deal with the appearance of NPCs? Like, will they pop into existence a fair distance from the nodes and start walking there (to minimize breaks to immersion)? And, say our Stage 2 Node Z is half way towards Stage 3, will Village tier NPC merchants start wandering into the area to set-up in advance (before the Node is actually stage 3 and the buildings are complete) in preparation for the likely scenario that players will push Node Z to Stage 3? Or, will there only be encampment tier NPCs around until the Node hits Stage 3?
Sorry, I know the guidelines say be concise and this is more than one question, but they all tie to my original question above in response to the quote from Steven. Thanks in advance. Keep up the amazing work!
-Will there be more skins later on that have the same effect, of "changing your entire being".
-Will there EVER be a re-release of anything similar to the Angel/Demon skin? It's a KS exclusive but does that mean we will NEVER see a reskin, recolor, or design that's close to resembling it?
-You said you were working on gracing us with an ingame view of the skin, but you could not guarantee that it would be done in time. Have you considered the option for Leader of Men pledges to drop down to (not back out of pledging) the $500 tier, in the event the skin does not live up to expectations when we finally do get to view it? As a refund, however you'd prefer to go about it, of $500 so we're still pledging $500 or even as store credit. Concept art is great and has me hooked, but a lot can change between concept art and ingame implementation. I think this would go a long way in putting peoples minds at ease, and lower tiers do not require this as they aren't waiting to view something that's such a big part of their pledge incentive, for such a hefty chunk of change. (other than the game of course).
-Finally, regarding the Launch party invitation. In the event that we are unable to attend, can we gift this ticket to someone? Sell it? Return it to Intrepid to allow for a raffle via Twitch?
in addition to Seasons,
Can you please consider adding Both: Weather Hazards & Environmental Hazards ?
By Weather Hazards, I mean, Haunted Areas, being able to be struck by Lightning (from the sky ), being Blown back by a Huge Gust of Wind ( caused by Environment ) randomly tripping over a rock , or a Ledge Falling off due to Erosion - stuff like that
( chances (%) will be based on on Player Location )
In addition, do you have Plans of utilizing the Sky in some way ?
Lastly … please Consider the idea of … “Crafting Abilities”
( made a post here: https://www.ashesofcreation.com/forums/topic/crafting-abilities/ )
Basically, The goal of this idea is to give Players many Abilities – allowing Players to Literally create new Abilities via Crafting. It’ll keep the Game feeling Fresh – even at end-game.
As stated in the Link, it doesn’t have to be a DMG, Heal, or Tank-Based ability – it could anything
(i.e. beyond the scope of regular uses )
I really hope my ideas helped in some way ^
For Example If you are plaing in party and someone marking the primary Target – you can Tab and sellect it immediately.
Bonus:
+ Will there EVER be any skin released resembling these? Recolors or a close resemblance.
+ Will there be more skins that alter the entire appearance of your characters being.
(Tier drop could be in the form of an actual refund or cash shop credits etc)
Overall, can we create our own Tortuga? Would be cool to have a bandit area, with a black market etc.
- Will players see friar-monk class : "if-yes" -could you tell something about his concept/design (personally, hopes - it would be a blend between support specialist and self-deffence/matrial arts specialist)?
You've touched on a number of questions regarding the character creation, and I hope you're not entirely sick of them by now! How much variety would you like to have in terms of character skin color choices for the playable races? For example, pale to dark brown or even shades of blue and grey for the elven races and the like.
Thanks for your time!
Will you allow the use of MODS? Similar to the player made addons we find in WOW (eg: Bartender, pearl unit-frames). I find this aspect of costomization really helps. Or will you include a customization tool, so we can manipulate the UI to our personal preferences?
Thanks

Interesting. Considering there won't be much fast travel. Do you mean like a wow Mage teleport, or the warlock summoning? I remember when warlock summoning used to be useful in assembling guild to do raids.
Thanks guys <3
I really hope the answer is yes :).
