    This poll could give me hope that 'mature players' might refer to acting mature instead of mature meaning "I can swear without getting grounded by my parents now."  :D

    The golden age, like the early days of UO, was 20 years ago. There would have been few 10 year olds playing back then. Many homes didn't even have the Internet, let alone 10 year olds playing a subscription game :)

    The MMO veterans of today, who were really doing the do back in the day are 40 plus now.
    I explained why I chose 30+ only a 3 posts before your comment. Which you more or less justified.

    40+ would have skewed the results without providing a general consensus. you could assume 50% of the +30s are +40s and so on.
    +30 is all inclusive till death, so stop being such a pedantic old crony :P

    That is really funny. I just realized that those 'kids' I found annoying 20 years ago are likely a whole lot older now. (yes, yes, some of the kids were cool) 
    Dang, this whole time and math and Earth revolving thing just makes everything feel odd sometimes.

    It wouldn't even surprise me. I did get used to/become friends with a few players who managed to hit puberty and grow up a little. To be honest, as others have mentioned, age doesn't always mean maturity (or lack of). One of the most divisive raid leaders in the game was my age. But I can't help feeling a little better knowing there are so many
    players who are 25+.

    At least I know now where to find a guild of seasoned veterans. I have to admit I'd rather not be with others under 24. Don't get me wrong there are some out there that prove to act mature... But, I have been scared from my experiences...
