Alpha Two Realms are now unlocked for Phase II testing!

For our initial launch, testing will begin on Friday, December 20, 2024, at 10 AM Pacific and continue uninterrupted until Monday, January 6, 2025, at 10 AM Pacific. After January 6th, we’ll transition to a schedule of five-day-per-week access for the remainder of Phase II.

    I'm still a little confused on upgrading. I would like to upgrade my early bird pioneer to founder but I'm not exactly sure how to go about it. Help with this would be much obliged.

    You can't upgrade yet. The upgrade function is not yet available. Make sure to keep your eyes open this week ;)

    I have to say whoever designed the website and prepares the content really needs to think about the confusion they are creating.   Based on the website it is not clear at all if you can or cannot upgrade yet.

    First the store says "summer UPGRADE campaign.   If you can't upgrade it shouldn't use the word upgrade until it's ready.   The upgrade program should be clarified right up front as well.

    Secondly there's no link to access your dashboard/account/etc.   If it's there I sure can't find it.   

    I understand things are a work in progress but it wouldn't take long to make some simple corrections/improvements that would resolve a lot of the confusion around the upgrade program as well as site navigation.

    I agree with @Santiago it is now harder to understand if your pledge code was activated successfully, I though my account was erased today as I did not see the code because the Dashboard link was removed. It is also very confusing how to upgrade your package or more precisely that you cannot upgrade it yet, it could be a message in the store page for those who have a KS package code added to their account.

    I received my code and applied it. I got a confirmation that it worked. How do I check to see this? Where do we go to confirm our status?

    In June I bought the Pioneer-pack here at this page. With the link to dashbord I saw my pack.
    If I use this link now, I also can see the dashboard, but no pack inside. Its empty ?!

    Hi Today I purchased the Pioneer pack, but as other people have mentioned above I see not record of it in my profile or within the profile tab. The only receipt I have received is my paypal one and nothing from Intrepid.  Is there anyway to confirm that my order has actually been placed?

    Hi, interested in backing the game. If I pledge now, do I also get the exclusive rewards/perks of the kickstarter campaign? Like dyes, barding etc.

    Nope, you would only get the summer exclusives.  Summer exclusives look to be more rare though at the moment with only 1600 or so backers for it.

    I think it's excellent to see the community being listened to - especially at this early stage of development. Nothing creates a stronger bond between a group of people and a game, especially an MMO, like a close dialogue between the community and the developers. 

    Please keep this going as even though the community can sometimes be irate and passionate about things - just knowing you're listening and care can help make people who love your game feel especially valued.

    ks is done  now its summer time  buy in  was still going on earlier to day  as i just upgraded my ks  to founder  so i get alpha access   :)

    Only KS backers can upgrade, the summer sale is over for new people.
