1: Simple: everything. Why keep any out? Think of any possible thing a human (or other race) could have as hair, whether you have seen it in real life or can imagine it, it should be part of the creator!

Note: the full full full breath of hairstyles doesnt need to be ready at launched, can easily patched in over the years.

2: a) Multicolored hair/highlights in hair. b) SUPER LONG hair and beards

3: Variety! Long, short, bald, weird, pony tails, other types braids!, braided beards, different textures, rough, nappy, silky, straight, european curly, north african curly, etc, etc, etc!

(bg3 and dd2 had a huge range of hair color and diverse hairstyles, although bg3 was greater at that in part cuz it was not extremely restrictive, most hairstyles were shared between races as also shared by both genders) i mean even gw2 had a huge range of hair color as well and you could change the color of the hair accessories) [hair under hats - i hate when the hair is nonexistent or they make it short hair]

Actually both bg3 and dd2 shared hairstyles between both genders
