It's always better to have stuff available in game, rather then having to reach out for addons.
  • I don't see why you'd need a digital meter to compare how you did to how you're doing oO

Indeed, I prefer learning by my own, I find it to be more reward fulfilling than having something show me :D
  • "Yes, it's important that I track my blahblah for improvement"?
That's a laugh.. Infact, a complete joke. It's a GAME. Not a competition. Cut that crap out. Play games for fun, not force yourself to click faster or whatever B.S. you claim you're trying to accomplish.

This rubbish just incites naming and shaming, from those of you people who want it, to tell someone they're "not good enough", or "not pulling their weight".. Why? Because they're having a chill out day and not bothering to click 0.01 of a millisecond faster to keep you happy? Shove off.

Being able to track and follow raid performance is a very useful tool and something that's pretty much required for a game that's about numbers at its core.
Raids? You seem to be confused, this isn't Wow..
It's a high PvP game.. What possible reason would you have to feel the need to check the numbers you dealt on a player in an accumulated form, during a PvP war..

If there were any implementation of these terribly useless lists during a PvE gear/material looting instance, then I'd say use them to give the loot to the person who's doing the least amount of work, as the person in first place clearly doesn't need gear improvements, the guy dragging does.

Why should the rich get richer, while the poor stay poor?

More like two fleas on the back of a dog arguing over which way the dog should go. The dog is going to go wherever it wants, but as long as one flea says I said left and the other says I said right, one of them feels vindicated when it turns.

So you're also against PVP Tournaments, PVP ranking, Achievements, Titles, First of X stuff, guild ranking, level ranking, match ranking, ranking in general.

This is what online games promise, rivaling each other. This is one of the things about  Online Games, having other people around you. I guess your style is complete singleplayer, then. 'Cause in each multiplayer game, you're racing each other somehow.

Considering you're the one that just launched into a name-calling, whine fest, I put forth that you're the problem.

First, not everyone who uses DPS/Heal Meters is an elitist asshat. That means you're the one being judgmental.

Two, you may not find it fun to be competitive... in a PvP game, where folks are competing for resources and to level up Nodes over others... but whatever floats your boat. Unfortunately, you don't share that enthusiasm for letting everyone play their own way.

Oh? Did I just? And what names did I call you? Go on, please, enlighten me.. Or maybe you can't enlighten me, because I didn't call you anything..

Guess putting forth that I'm the problem matches exactly what you're selling, total rubbish..

Me "Don't set houses on fire because people get burnt and die."
You "Oh nah but it warms my fingers and makes me a better firefighter when I see flames to put out."
Yeah nah it's totally just the asshats who can't put out fires that's the problem, not those who want the world to burn.. I completely agree with you!

But of course, me stating facts is totally judgmental. The guy with a different opinion must be judgemental, who the hell does he think he is getting an opinion, Wtf me, get out of bigot town mang.

I'm such a problem with all that truth, I apologise. Let's set everything on fire.

(By the way, I'll be impressed if you can figure out which bits are sarcasm, for bonus points to get you up that score list..)

I feel like I can condense all this down to: "I'm Ethan Bradberry".
