    non-diverse gear. I'm not a huge customization person but I hate when I can't make my character look cool

    No beard options for female dwarves, not event cosmetic item to do so.

    Not sarcasm, just reductio ad absurdum.  Doing things to avoid toxicity, like not having parsers, leads to removing chat to avoid toxicity, which is an absurd thing to do in an MMORPG.

    Being inspired by Destiny 2 though is real, I don't understand how that game doesn't have a functional chat system (only with groups and whispers, but whispers from people not on your friends list is disabled by default).

    NO auto anything
    NO LIMITED ACTIVITIES
    NO cash shop inventory increases AKA cash grabs
    NO world/server chat. 

    p.s. no quest "!" above npc heads or quest markers

    I do understand your argument, it has been used for millennia for good and bad. I would, personally, not agree that having no parsers leads to no chat.
