    Yes i think so too, but i hope maybe they do it 1 more time, and a way to pay with Paypal or Online Banking, i would definetly buy it for 500 Dollars

    They gave a second chance with this during the summer backing so those with paypal could have a way to pay.  It will not be coming back.  There was a  uproar over them taking the kickstarter exclusive lifetime subscription and putting it back on the table.

    For good cause.  The lifetime subscription was singled out as being Kickstarter exclusive (it still is if you go to the rewards section of the Kickstarter project page).  For them to offer it after the Kickstarter was over was a massive mistake, worse than the My.com thing.  Using My.com as a publisher in the EU is understandable albeit regrettable, because to try to self-publish would have caused EU players to face huge delays (or have to connect to NA servers).  I get that Steve offered it again to be nice but so far it’s the one and only example I can think of where Intrepid totally broke their promise and lied about something (and they weren’t forced to break a promise, they chose to).  Since it’s so far the only example I give them a break but still, it’s a permanent black stain for them.

    Yes, they will not offer a lifetime sub again.  I give IS more credit that that.  They made a mistake and won’t repeat it.

    Yes, please. I passed on the Lifetime sub because I wanted to see if the game was good first. Now I'm 95% sure it's going to be good. Beyond good even. (There's still a small chance for technical problems that mess it up. Like it's a memory hog or not enough bandwidth or something like that.) I'm pretty sure AoC will be the game that MMMOGA.

    Ironic...you feel like you've been waiting a lifetime for a game like this, only to miss out on the lifetime subscription for said game.  /sigh
