    I love open world PvP, I am excited for the caravan raiding, piracy, and node sieges. I'm just not enticed to hunt lowbies.

    You have no idea how bored id have to be. When Archeage hit rock bottom I would go for hours until i'd give up and just shoot someone. The difference is I am honest and again its extremely rare. I would much rather fight people my level, but sometimes that just not the case. But we are speaking on something that may happen once a month? if that. so no i seriously doubt I am the reason, though I can name a good bit. Again I like the idea of corruption unless it is so severe it scares any high lvl player from even attacking me one time, thats just boring. There should be some for of penalty of course or it would be mayhem and a free for all.


    Edit: one more thing people like me as a low level exists. I wish there was someway I could no that particular player does not mind at all a high level attacking them, there is not. But with this flag system in place they type it is. it seems so far I can just remained flagged at all times

    Samething over and over Xombie. I am excited if high levels attack me. This topic has zero to do with a high lvl not wanting to attack lowbies. It has nothing to do with that attacking lowbies. it has everything to do with the adventure of being hunted and out classed. I myself am not excited attacking lowbies? Jesus how is this confusing. But I just do not want such a sever punishment if it happens high lvls wont be to scarred to attack me. How is this complicated

    I'm stating my personal stance on the scenario, I've stated numerous times in this thread that I to enjoy overcoming overwhelming odds to further validate my skill and ability to outplay those opposed to me.

    At the same time 95 percent saying things that has nothing to do with it. Yes Killing lowbies is not fun, yes it involves no skill, yes I kill high lvls that attack low levels. What you just said now that makes sense. Most feel exactly as you do even I feel the same. but thats just common knowledge.     I doubt you are the only one however no body enjoys being harrased by high level players when you yourself are so low leveld that you will die almost immediately :3

    Essentially...you can be ganked by high level players without corruption or any penalty.
    All you have to do is fight back....no penalty incurred for the high level(s).
    Hell you can 1vX as many players as you like and still none of them become corrupt if you fight back and the still incur no penalties.

    Unless you mean being ganked without any chance, the desire, the skill or the stats to fight back.
    Which will result in corruption.
    After all...how can you take on anyone (as your awesome prowess indicates) if you dont have the chance to fight back ?

    I may be wrong but the way I understand it corruption only applies when attacking someone flagged as non combatant. So all you have to do is flag yourself as combatant and anyone will be able to attack you without gaining corruption no matter if they are 100 levels above you.

    I am going to redo this thread and making it crystal clear. I think some of you read what you want into it, or think there is some hidden agenda. Basically it is a devious plot for me to be a high lvl to kill lowbies. This is far from the the truth.

I had stated more than once that I personally enjoy being the underdog or the prey, and yes I stated numerous times that being the predator in the situation you presented is not respectable or well regarded in most communities.

    I have a firm grasp on the subject matter, and according to a few of the previous post by other community members, hey got the same vibe and decides to address the higher level aggressor as well. GG baby boy.

    Yes, if you fight back both parties were willing participants and thusly won't be punished.

    You could not dismantle two legos, much less the attempt on here. I was not even aware this was a debate. It has more to do with confusion as to why address whats common knowledge and what everyone typically agrees with ( as I stated repeatedly). It was me saying ok why do you come back over and over saying what no one will disagree and has nothing to do with the op? Yes we agree on that and i agree with your beliefs too.... got it (thumbs up)

    I addressed both the ganker and the victim. I don't understand what's confusing. You may need to take a break, you seem to have some pent up frustrations and are doing a better job derailing your thread than anyone else.
