A question about combat.
Do you intend to have an actual "skill" Dodges and Evades or are they going rng calculated based on your stats + effects of buffs/conditions on you atm? Also in terms of buffs/conditions are you planning on having any of those?

Is the way the sword slash animations look going to change or are these animations final or close to final? To me it sometimes looks as if the characters were swinging magic wands instead of swords because of all the sparkles in the animations. Sorry if I'm being weird but I think the animations would look better if they were sort of like an afterimage of the sword.

@Oriano1337 - I've replied to you a few times in previous threads on this question, namely that this would likely depend on a combination of factors, such as your team composition, level differential, corruption status, and more!
@nightsonggr - All of the land on Verra falls within at least one node's zone of influence, so any corruption that's expanding is within a node to begin with!
@Tulvir - Keep in mind that the node will have to be at the village stage to have freeholds within its ZOI to begin with, and thus your freehold will need to be "adopted" within the ZOI of another village node if the original one is sieged. The likelihood of this will depend heavily on what nearby node development looks like, which can be extremely variable on a per-server basis - so this is likely something we'll be looking for your feedback on during testing!
@meedx - As with any and all of our systems since we are just heading into our Alpha One phase, movement will be something we continue to refine throughout testing with your feedback!
@90Bubbel - As you noted, while we want to stay away from exaggerated weapons/armor, there will likely be larger weapons and armor still within realistic proportions.
@insomnia - The Emberstorm Dragon is currently in anyone's inventory who earned it during that time, and stay tuned for more details on when you'll be able to start seeing and using your cosmetics during testing!
@Hoozierpopz - The sheer number of nodes and their potential conflicting interests and desire for resources, all potentially managed by different players or groups of players, would seem to make this chance pretty slim. Even if large-scale conflict was limited due to some amazing brokerings of peace, I would still expect to see plenty of smaller-scale meaningful conflict between players.
@Dreoh - Our cosmetics are designed with the help of our design team, and all items have lore that relates to the story and world of Verra - we'll be continuing to develop these items with those design principles in mind moving forward as well!
@SpiralMadheart - We haven't announced any plans to change archetype naming at this time (though yes, we have seen the many forum threads and comments regarding this topic that have been merged together )
@MMO420 - While we haven't announced any specific plans to migrate to UE5 at this time, we're always looking at the latest upgrades to see what makes sense for our team!
@WillyG - Looks like someone else already got you a helpful answer around dragons, though perhaps you'd be interested in learning more about animal husbandry down the line!

@Kegger - You can check out a bit more about respawn lore here, including how killing green/non-combatant players will make you corrupt, thus dampening your stats and causing you to respawn at random locations rather than regular spawn points.
@Lyon - We definitely have some cool ideas for contests moving forward, and I'm also a fan of any that allow folks to have an impact on things in-game!
@Texaslizard - Looks like I've shared an answer on this one for you in the past several Q&A threads - while we've noted that you may have NPCs work on your behalf in places like player stalls and in your tavern, we haven't announced any details on customization!
@GrandSerpent - That might depend more on the creature's level rather than its size, unless it was a world boss. Sometimes scary things come in small packages!

Oh no! Did it show up in your notifications tab (globe icon) in the top right corner of the forums? I would also recommend checking your Spam/Junk folders if you haven't already, and confirming that the email address shown on your forum profile to you personally is the one that you're checking!
Will be there a spell mechanic of group spells that 5 summoners, mages, clerics etc being able to cast powerfull spells like summoning colossal beings, making an arcane golem and involving to rituals?
Even though I didn't get my question answered it is nice to see you going through so many of them @LieutenantToast , thanks ! Now I will have some reading to do ^^.
Will there be content in the game to satisfy a casual player? Most of my friends fit in this category and it seems like most of the content in the game is mainly rewarding for people like me, that want to put in the hours. And if there is a noticeable level difference with players, will they be able to enjoy the same content together?

@DocFrog - Previously we've noted that while cosmetics can be used by all races, there may be slight variations to make them work with the body builds of each race.
