Many of the cosmetics will be available to earn in the game with slight variations such as color. The exact pre order versions are gone if advertised as one time only sales.
We know that node racial skin is set to the biggest race population of the node.
So if the majority of the players in the nodes are draws, then we get dwarfen architecture.
But what happens if the race majority changes between node upgrades?
For example from tier 1 to tier 3, 60% of the population was dwarf.
But they suddenly all moved on and now 60% of the population is elves.
Will the architecture change to elven on the tier 4 upgrade or will it stay dwarf?

This also means that even a completed metropolis can change the node racial skin if a successful siege de-levels the node and the population balance has shifted on relevel.

It states 8 characters. Accounts will have multiple characters so would rapidly over fill the 8 character limit. It is apparent that the current intent is for each character on the account to be able to belong to a different family.
Lets say Node 1 , Node 2 , Node 3
Node 1 reaches level 1 first and now node 2 cant reach level 1.
After that Node 3 reaches level 1.
In theory both Node 1 and Node 3 have an influence radius over node 2.

Now who does node 2 become the vassal of?
That we do not know yet. Nor will we ever.
Would it not make sense for first come first serve?
I know this isn't supposed to be a guessing thread just wondered your opinion on this one.

No, it won't be first come first serve, because it will depend on what's going on to the North, East, West, South, of the Nodes. Nodes will follow the path of least resistance when it comes to extending their influence. So if it has to butt heads with another node, or go the other direction where there is no resistance, it will go the other direction.
You're awesome Jahlon! Love your videos and all the work you put into them. Thank you for the continued info and updates/uploads. Amazing dono's during ExtraLife as well. You're a hero to many kids out there. ^_^

I see. I was too focused on his example and forgot that more than just those 2 nodes would be contending for influence.

Unknown, but good question. Probably based on the damage level they already had.
Yes, already confirmed
Ha! Thanks.

The node will change to the current highest population race upon each tier that is gained. i.e. The tier 4 upgrade will be elven.

Family sizes are limited to eight characters.[1]

Any official info about this?
