Issues with referral program / referrals link

Would anybody at all have feedback on this issue? Myself I will continue spreading the good word on Ashes regardless, but others may be very turned off by a possible referral bug such as this. @Yaviey

Do the Referreals give us our Bonus already wen the buy a june backer? And Work IT already to Show in the Statistik in someone bought ? Cause i senden the link to a friend He bought a pack but all my referrals Show 0 $ .

And i got 5 referrals but only 2 unique links what that means? Only the unique links Work as referrals or all?

I've been sending my referral link everywhere! What does the "converted" tab mean?

For many of my referrals (well over 50 of them) i tracked with the users when they used my link to see which they were on the list of referrals (shown as Ultimate xxx). Those same people purchased and linked kickstarter packages to their accounts, well over 40-50 of them. However on my account page, it only shows 4 people more recently having applied credits to their account.

For example, i know about 14 of the specific referrals on this list, who have already applied their KS code to their account: 


Is this process manual or is this a known issue?

tl;dr i have "a lot" of referrals who have linked KS packages, but it has not shown on my own account page. Still showing 0.00 and "Ultimate xx" for them, even though I know which ones are which, especially on the first 2-3 pages (and majority have applied codes).

I don't receive any notification about new referrals or changes in my profile about referral system. Is working? 
I have checked: "Enable New Referral Notifications" in:

The thing is, even if it did, you wouldn't see the difference until the game goes live right? Or I might have missed something.
But this would explain why nothing change from the ordinary.

This not true, becouse I have changes in my referrals with new referral page. For example, if you have new unpaid earnings or new referral in your list, etc... 

I think that the notification system now is not working...

Still waiting on a reply from them. We have been able to find others with the same problem. Anyone who immediately applied their code the day the codes were sent, or shortly after, are not showing on the backend referral system. Anyone who applied a code within the last week however, shows just fine.

Step by step... Me too and a lot of people have same problem.

Now IS are working in solve issues with shop with KS and Summer Campaign acounts and rewards. 

If this doesnt work right, all referral will be wrongs...

The referrals have time to release to solve issues and problems.

Gkaruk The referral tracking has now been resolved. Can you please confirm that you are now seeing all appropriate referrals.
